Privacy
How SOVEN VOSS handles personal information.
What we collect
When you create an account, SOVEN VOSS uses Supabase to process authentication and stores the profile information you choose to provide. When you place an order, Stripe processes payment and checkout information and SOVEN VOSS stores the order information required to provide customer service, fulfillment and business records.
Why we use it
Personal information is used to authenticate your account, process and fulfill orders, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain records and send marketing email only when you have given the required consent.
Service providers
SOVEN VOSS uses Supabase for account, database and file-storage services, Stripe for secure payment processing, Vercel for website hosting, Resend when transactional email is enabled, and third-party fulfillment suppliers to ship purchased products. Information is shared only as needed for those services and applicable legal obligations.
Security and retention
Access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, database row-level security and server-only credentials are used to protect account and order information. Information is retained only as reasonably required for order fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, tax and legal obligations, after which it should be deleted or anonymized according to the business retention schedule.
Your account controls
Your Account page lets you update profile details, email, password, saved addresses, language and marketing preference. Account-deletion requests are also available there. Certain transaction records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
Local browser storage
The store uses browser storage for the shopping bag and wishlist so those features work between page visits. Signed-in users can also have those items synchronized to their account.
