Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Before payment, Stripe Checkout presents the order items, delivery information, shipping charge, applicable tax configuration and total amount. You can review the information before confirming payment.
Product information
SOVEN VOSS aims to describe products accurately. Colour and appearance can vary slightly by screen or manufacturing batch. Product safety notes and fit limitations shown on product pages form part of the product information.
Fulfillment
SOVEN VOSS may use third-party suppliers and logistics providers to fulfill orders. Your purchase remains with SOVEN VOSS; using a fulfillment partner does not require you to resolve customer-service issues directly with that supplier.
Returns
The voluntary Returns policy applies in addition to rights that cannot legally be waived.
